FAQ’s

  • What is your process?

    Once we receive your enquiry, we will send through an estimated quotation based on your initial brief. Should you choose to accept the quote, we will send over a design contract for you to sign before we begin the design process.

  • Do you offer a payment plan?

    Yes we do, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be taken upon booking to secure your design space with us. The balance will be due upon project completion.

  • How long do projects take to complete?

    The timeline for each project depends on the deliverables, but it can range from 1-2 weeks. Sheri & Co will send you an estimated timeline at the beginning of each project.

  • What design software do you work with?

    Sheri & Co uses licensed software. We work with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, inDesign as well as After Effects & Media Encoder within the Adobe Creative Suite.

  • What files will I receive from you?

    If we are creating a brand identity for you, you will receive the following logo files: JPEG’s, PNG’s, SVG’s and PDF’s.

    If we are working on projects for print, you will receive the approved, high resolution print-ready PDF file.

  • Do you work with International clients?

    Yes we do, Sheri & Co is based in South Africa but we are fully operational online and happy to work with a range of businesses no matter the location.
